I knew, from personal recommendations, that Cristian has a professional and quality program. He was also extremely accommodating and flexible with my family’s needs. My kids learned to love working out and I got in great shape. Lost weight and toned up while teaching my kids that taking care of yourself is important. I was motivated to get up and move around, to eat healthier, and to push myself to achieve the goals that had previously been so hard to get around to. I looked forward to working out with Cris every week and since I did it with my kids and husband, we also bonded as a family.

Cristian Andre est un excellent personal trainer. Je recommande ++++ et ai hate que ma petite fasse ses 3 ans pour qu’on aille s’entrainer ensemble en famille !
